ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

At the conclusion of the trial in this case held on February 23, 2023, in Mobile, Alabama, the record was held open until March 24, 2023, for receipt of the parties' Stipulation of Facts. On May 30, 2023, the parties filed a First Stipulation of Facts, which attached Exhibits 1,000-R through 1,038-R. Petitioner made objections to certain of the attached Exhibits.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' First Stipulation of Facts (including Exhibits 1,000-R through 1,038-R attached thereto), filed May 30, 2023, is admitted into evidence and petitioner's objections listed therein are overruled. It is further

ORDERED that the record in this case is now closed.
