This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Chicago, Illinois on May 18, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.

On March 7, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report, which indicated that they have exchanged documentation and that they are still continuing to work through the remaining issues in this case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 7, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report detailing the progress and the then-present status of this case.
