This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Chicago, Illinois on May 18, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.
On March 8, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that a settlement has been reached in the related case and that the parties are working closely together to settle this case. Upon due consideration, it is
