ORDER

Julie Countiss, Judge

Francis I. Spagnoletti of Spagnoletti & Co. PLLC, counsel for appellants, Charles M. Haden, Jr. and Shelley W. Haden, has filed an amended motion to withdraw, requesting that he be allowed to withdraw as counsel for appellants. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(a), (b). The motion is granted.

Francis I. Spagnoletti is directed to immediately notify appellants in writing "of any deadlines or settings that [he] knows about at the time of withdrawal but that were not previously disclosed" to appellants and to file a copy of the notice provided to appellants with the Clerk of this Court. See id. 6.5(c).

The Clerk of this Court is directed to note withdrawal of Francis I. Spagnoletti as counsel for appellants on the docket of this Court.

It is so ORDERED.
