DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 8, 2021, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 16, 2021, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the words "Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120" and substituting therefor the words "Judiciary Law § 35" and by deleting from the seventh paragraph thereof the words "Family Court" and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court."
