ERIN HACKNEY, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge

This is a collection due process case, in which the parties represent that the only issue is petitioner's underlying 2010 and 2011 tax liabilities. On September 26, 2022, both parties filed status reports (see Docs. 19-20) reporting that they were "close to reaching a settlement", requesting an additional thirty days to file a proposed stipulated decision, and requesting that, "[s]hould the parties be unable to execute a decision within 30 days, . . . this case be placed on the Court's next trial calendar in Atlanta, Georgia." More than 30 days has passed, and no proposed stipulated decision has been filed. It is therefore

ORDERED that, consistent with the request of both parties, this case is continued generally, to be placed on the calendar of an upcoming trial session in Atlanta, Georgia.
