This case is calendared for trial on the Court's St. Louis, Missouri trial session beginning on September 19, 2022. On July 18, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed motion for continuance which asks the Court to restore this case to the general docket so that petitioners can work with the Independent Appeals Office towards a settlement in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance of trial is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's September 19, 2022, St. Louis, Missouri trial session and is continued generally.
