MEMORANDUM OPINION


Albert Joshua Habib was convicted of driving while intoxicated. Punishment was assessed at 180 days' confinement in jail, probated two years. We adopted a finding that appellant has abandoned the appeal. No clerk's record has been filed. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(b).
