Opinion filed June 16, 1943 Rehearing denied June 28, 1943

REPLEVIN, § 131affirmance of judgment for plaintiff. In action of replevin, wherein it appeared that machinery which was subject of action had been sold under conditional sales contract by plaintiff to defendant, and that defendant had pledged property to impleaded defendant as security for indebtedness, judgment finding that plaintiff was entitled to property would be affirmed.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. JAY A. SCHILLER, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the February term, 1942.
