Haager v. Bullard

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
May 1, 1974
293 So. 2d 733 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1974)

Opinion

No. 73-995.

May 1, 1974.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, James A. Lenfestey, J.

John A. Williamson, Barrs, Melendi, Williamson Burton, Tampa, for appellants.

David G. Hanlon and Donald A. Gifford, Shackleford, Farrior, Stallings Evans, Tampa, for appellees.

In this civil action for damages the trial court granted leave to file a counterclaim from which order this appeal purports to be taken. The order appealed from is not appealable, and accordingly the appeal is dismissed. Treating the appeal papers as a petition for writ of certiorari, certiorari is denied.

MANN, C.J., and BOARDMAN and GRIMES, JJ., concur.
