ORDER
PER CURIAM
In this accelerated appeal, Appellants H. W. Lochner, Inc. and Robert Cagle, and Appellees Anum Sadruddin Ali, Individually, and as representative of the Estate of Sarafaz Karowadia, and as Next Fried of A.K., a minor, Simi Altaf Kasowadia, Individually and as representative of the Estate of Altaf Kasowadia, and as Next
Friend of Z.K., a minor, and Kulsumben Karowadia, Individually, filed a Joint Motion to Abate and Remand.
It is, therefore, ordered that the motion to abate the appeal and remand the case is granted. We abate the appeal and remand the case to the trial court for the trial court to consider and approve the minor settlement. All appellate timetables are suspended while the appeal is abated. The appeal will be reinstated without further order of this Court on April 17, 2024, unless the parties show good cause for continuing the abatement. If a settlement has been reached on or before that date, we instruct the parties to file a notice of settlement and motion to reinstate so the matter can be disposed of on appeal in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement. All appellate timetables are suspended until the appeal is reinstated. If the appeal is reinstated without a settlement having been reached, the appellants' reply brief will be due twenty days after the appeal is reinstated.
