H & L COLLECTIONS USA, INC., et al., Petitioners, v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

The lowest-numbered case was on the Court's October 19, 2020 trial calendar for New York City. All three are very document-heavy cases, and all agreed that once the cases were consolidated they would need some time on a status-report track so that the parties could get all the relevant documents assembled. The parties then thought they would move on to formal discovery, but reported in September that a settlement might be in the offing. Nothing has showed up on the Court's docket, so it is

ORDERED that the parties file a status report on or before December 13, 2021 to describe their progress in settling these cases or narrowing the issues to be tried.
