This case is calendared for an in-person trial at a special session of the Court starting at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, March 7, 2022, in Washington, D.C. On January 26, 2022, the undersigned held a conference call with the parties during which they requested that the in-person trial session be postponed due to concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will grant the request. The Court expects to reschedule the trial session during the second half of August 2022 or in September 2022. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's March 7, 2022, Washington, D.C., special trial session is canceled. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's November 20, 2020, Pre-Trial Scheduling Order (as amended) is vacated. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before March 14, 2022, a joint status report (or an appropriate motion) proposing a new trial date and pre-trial schedule.
