Judgment affirmed, with costs. Memorandum: We find only questions of fact presented by the record which we feel the Special Term correctly resolved. All concur. (Appeal from a judgment dismissing plaintiff's complaint in an action for an annulment, and granting custody of infant child to defendant.)
