On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 6 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F23-77026.

ORDER

NANCY KENNEDY JUSTICE

The reporter's record is overdue. The reporter's record was originally due August 29, 2024. On August 30, 2024, this Court notified court reporter Marissa Garza that the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record within 30 days. As of the date of this order, Ms. Garza has not filed the reporter's record or a request for extension of time to file the reporter's record.

We ORDER Ms. Garza to file the reporter's record on or before November 7, 2024. We caution Ms. Garza that should she fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that she not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Nancy Mulder, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 6, Dallas County; Marissa Garza, Official Court Reporter, Criminal District Court No. 6; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
