ORDER

Appellant was convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child younger than fourteen years of age and indecency with a child. Appellant's brief identifies the complaining witness by her name. Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief.

We ORDER appellant to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, an amended brief that identifies the complaining witness and any other child witnesses by initials only.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Robert J. Herrington and the Collin County District Attorney's Office.
