DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants CSC Holdings, Inc., and Cablevision of Ossining, L.P., for leave to reargue their appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 10, 2010, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated June 28, 2011. Separate motion by the respondents for leave to reargue stated portions of the appeal by the appellants CSC Holdings, Inc., and Cablevision of Ossining, L.P., or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
