On September 1, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Status Report informing the Court that a decision document currently needs signatures and requesting an additional 30 days to file a stipulated decision or status report in this case. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that a proposed stipulated decision or joint status report shall be filed with the Court by October 6, 2023. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a separate status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
