ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Las Vegas, Nevada trial session beginning December 12, 2022. On November 17, 2022, the partis filed a joint status report informing the Court that they have reached a basis for settlement that resolves all issues in this case, however, a revised computation is needed in accordance with the settlement terms. The parties request additional time to file a decision document.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's December 12, 2022, Las Vegas, Nevada trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before January 19, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
