Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 15, 2022. Motion by Katherine Koop Irwin, an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellant Choice Long Island, Inc., on the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, as Katherine Koop Irwin was admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellant Choice Long Island, Inc., on these appeals in a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 22, 2023.
