The petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted and we approve the belated appeal from the order entered November 7, 2000, in the Circuit Court for Duval County which denied postconviction relief in case number 97-3499-CF-A.

Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of the opinion will be transmitted to the clerk of the circuit court to be treated as a notice of appeal. Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).

PETITION GRANTED.
