In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered March 28, 1966, which denied a general preference in trial. Order reversed, without costs, and general preference granted. In view of the uncontradicted affidavit of the physician who treated plaintiff, the general preference must be granted. Christ, Acting P.J., Brennan, Hill, Hopkins and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
