ORDER
Before the Court is court reporter Wynne A. Pauley's January 11, 2021 letter informing the Court that appellant, in spite of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.6(c), will not pay the fee for preparation of a supplemental reporter's record requested by one of the appellees. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.6(c) (providing that when an appellant requests a partial reporter's record, any other party may designate additional portions of the record and the cost is to be borne by appellant). In accordance with rule 34.6(c), we ORDER appellant to file, no later than January 25, 2021, written verification he has paid or made arrangements to pay the fee for preparation of the supplemental reporter's record. This order is without prejudice to appellant filing in the trial court a rule 34.6(c)(3) motion to determine the necessity of the supplemental record and does not preclude this Court from taxing costs differently upon disposition of the appeal, see TEX. R. APP. P. 43.4.
