ORDER

Before the Court is Tara Cunningham's October 25, 2016 motion to withdraw as court-appointed counsel for Elias Munoz Gutierrez. We GRANT the motion.

We DIRECT the Clerk to remove this case from the submissions docket.

We ABATE this appeal, and REMAND this case to the trial court. We ORDER the trial court to appoint new appellate counsel to represent appellant, investigate the record, and file a brief that addresses the issue noted above and any other grounds that might arguably support the appeal.

We further ORDER the trial court to inform this Court in writing, within TWENTY DAYS from the date of this order, of the identity of appellate counsel and the date counsel is appointed.
