ORDER
Before the Court is appellant's July 19, 2016 motion for an extension of time to file a brief. Although the reporter's record has been filed, the clerk's record has not been filed and is due on July 22, 2016. Appellant's brief will be due thirty days after the clerk's record is filed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a). Accordingly, we DENY the motion as premature.
