Daniel Gutierrez, Jr Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On January 6, 2022, petitioner filed in the above-docketed matter an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. However, review of that document suggests that petitioner may have made an error in completing the application form. The form directs petitioner to specify monthly, not yearly, income, but the amount of salary or wages reflected on petitioner's application may exceed such a monthly calculation.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 22, 2022, petitioner shall file a supplement to the just-referenced Application for Waiver of Filing Fee clarifying petitioner's monthly income.
