On August 4, 2021, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee, and this case was closed. On September 1, 2021, the filing fee was submitted. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on August 4, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an amended petition, is extended to September 22, 2021. If, by September 22, 2021, no amended petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
