No appearance for Respondents.

OPINION ON MOTION FOR REHEARING

Per Curiam. We deny the petitioner's motion for rehearing. However, this Court, sua sponte , withdraws its previously issued opinion and substitutes this opinion in its place.

DISMISSED . See Roberts v. Brown , 43 So. 3d 673, 677 (Fla. 2010) (a petition for all writs does not independently invoke a court's jurisdiction).

Roberts, Makar, and M.K. Thomas, JJ., concur.
