We deny the petitioner's motion for rehearing. However, this Court, sua sponte, withdraws its previously issued opinion and substitutes this opinion in its place.

Dismissed. See Roberts v. Brown, 43 So.3d 673, 677 (Fla. 2010) (a petition for all writs does not independently invoke a court's jurisdiction).
