ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served January 8, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to file a ratification of petition. Although no such ratification was filed, the parties electronically filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision on May 1, 2024, bearing petitioner's authorized signature and resolving the underlying tax liability that is the subject of this proceeding.

Because petitioner's authorized signature on the Proposed Stipulated Decision adequately verifies her intentions to file and prosecute this case in this forum, it is

ORDERED that, when the stipulated decision is entered in due course, the Petition in this case shall be deemed to have been ratified and affirmed by petitioner.
