CHARLES D. GUSKEY, A/K/A CHARLES DUANE, Appellant v. CACH, LLC, Appellee
On Appeal from the 298th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DC-15-02779
ORDER
The clerk's record in this case is overdue. By letter dated September 7, 2016, we informed appellant the clerk's record had not been filed because appellant had not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to provide verification of payment or arrangements to pay for the clerk's record or to provide written documentation he had been found entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We cautioned appellant that failure to do so would result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice. On September 16, 2016 appellant provided written proof of payment for the clerk's record. On September 21, 2016, we notified the Dallas County District Clerk that the electronic document the clerk attempted to file had been rejected. We informed the clerk a corrected document was due within three days. To date, the clerk's record has not been filed.
Accordingly, this Court ORDERS the Dallas County District Clerk to file the clerk's record within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order, by electronic transmission, to the following persons:
