From the Marshall Circuit Court, Roy Sheneman, Judge.

Appellee, Dorothy Hutter, brought action against appellant, Joseph Gurczak, to recover damages for personal injuries. Judgment of the trial court in favor of appellee was affirmed in an opinion by the Appellate Court and appellant petitions to transfer to the Supreme Court.

Petition to transfer denied.
