I am in receipt of the Petitioners' Notice of Exceptions to the Order entered by Master Ayvazian on April 11, 2014, which denies the Petitioners' Motion for a Default Judgment against Defendant JP Morgan Securities, LLC. The Petitioners' Exceptions are preserved; however, in the interests of judicial and litigants' economy, I exercise my discretion to defer a hearing on the Exceptions. Accordingly, I am remanding this matter to the Master. Once a final report has been issued, the Petitioners may re-file their Exceptions, if appropriate, and I will consider the issues raised therein at that time.
