Due to inadvertent error, a Proposed Stipulated Decision was signed in the above-docketed matter, and entered as a Stipulated Decision on June 1, 2021, rather being stricken on account of a reference to an incorrect year in addressing the penalty at issue in this case. Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Stipulated Decision entered June 1, 2021, herein is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed May 27, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
