ORDER

The Court held a pretrial conference pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 16 in this case on November 4, 2009. The Court's March 5, 2009 Order set the date for plaintiff to move to amend her complaint, explained discovery and the parties' obligations, as well as set the deadline for the parties to complete discovery. See docket entry 16. As discussed at the conference, the Court has reset the original deadlines since the parties failed to comply with the Court's Order. On November 2, 2009, plaintiff filed an amended complaint. Defendant shall respond to the amended complaint by November 30, 2009. The deadline for the parties to complete all discovery is extended to March 5, 2009. Defendant shall write to Judge Mauskopf by April 5, 2009 if it intends to move for summary judgment; any letter requesting permission to move for summary judgment shall set forth the basis for the motion as well as a proposed briefing schedule.

Plaintiff is referred to the March 5, 2009 Order and the chapter in the Pro Se Manual regarding discovery.
