An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 22, 2019,And petitioner-appellant having moved to stay the payment of counsel fees to respondent-respondent's counsel, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion for a stay is granted on condition that the appeal is perfected for the October 2019 Term.
