JUSTICES OF THE PEACE, § 201when circuit court is justified in setting aside order vacating order dismissing appeal from justice. Under circumstances, held that circuit court was fully justified in sustaining plaintiff's motion to set aside order vacating order which dismissed defendant's appeal from justice of peace on defendant's failing to appear when case was called for trial.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Pulaski county; Hon. DARCE F. RUMSEY, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at October term, 1942.
