MICHAEL DEWAYNE GULLEY APPELLANT v. STATE OF ARKANSAS APPELLEE

MASTER APPOINTED.

PER CURIAM

On February 23, 2012, we ordered attorney Mr. Terrence Cain to appear before this court on March 1, 2012, to show cause why he should not be held in civil contempt for failing to file a timely brief for Appellant Michael Gulley. Mr. Cain pled not guilty to contempt and requested a hearing.

We therefore appoint the Honorable John Lineberger as a master to conduct the hearing on this matter. Once we receive the master's findings, we will render a decision on the matter.

It is so ordered.

DANIELSON, J., would not require the attorneys to show cause but would instead refer Mr. Cain to the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct.
