ORDER

Jane M. Beckering, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file brief is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff-appellee shall have 21 days from service of defendant-appellant's amended application to file an answer. If during that 21-day period, plaintiff-appellee believes that an extension of time is needed to answer the amended application, he may file another motion to extend time to file brief.
