On May 2, 2023, we issued an order abating this appeal and directing the trial court to file findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding the final judgment's award of attorneys' fees to appellee/cross-appellant. On June 7, 2023, the district clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law. We therefore lift the abatement and reinstate this appeal to our active docket.
Our records appear to show that the appellate record is complete. Accordingly, the briefs of appellants and cross-appellant are now due. We ORDER the parties to file the appellants' and cross-appellant's briefs by July 7, 2023.
