On April 4, 2024, this court notified counsel for the parties that we had set the above cause for formal submission and oral argument on May 21, 2024, at 9:00 AM, before a panel consisting of Chief Justice Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Irene Rios, and Justice Lori I. Valenzuela. GC System, A.S. has since filed an unopposed motion to reset oral argument. GC System's motion is GRANTED, and formal submission and oral argument is reset to May 22, 2024, at 9:00 AM before the same panel.
