CURVEDEL GUISTE & VERA DANIEL-GUISTE, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On May 16, 2023, petitioners filed a petition at Docket No. 7741-23 seeking review of their 2019 and 2020 tax years. On May 17, 2021, petitioners paid the filing fee at Docket No. 7741-23.

Also on May 16, 2023, petitioners filed a second petition at Docket No. 7742-23, also seeking review their 2019 and 2020 tax years. By Order served May 17, 2023, the Court directed petitioners to pay the filing fee at Docket No. 7742-23. Petitioners have not complied with this Order.

Upon due consideration of the records at Docket Nos. 7741-23 and 7742-23, it appearing that the cases are duplicative, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the case at Docket No. 7742-23 is closed on the ground of duplication with Docket No. 7741-23.

Petitioners are reminded that any future filings related to their 2019 and 2020 tax years should be filed in Docket No. 7741-23.
