NATIONAL LAWYERS GUILD, BUFFALO CHAPTER, PETITIONER-RESPONDENT, v. ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, RESPONDENT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved to seal the record on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered January 13, 2020, and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to seal the record, and the record shall remain sealed and confidential, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect, and the time is extended to July 27, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
