For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of LaFleur v. Guilbeau, 617 So.2d 1362 (La.App. 3d Cir. 1993), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of the appeal are assessed to appellants, Ola Mae Guilbeau and Kenneth Guilbeau.

AFFIRMED.
