On November 8, 2022, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation. On the same day, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

The parties' Stipulation of Settled Issues filed November 7, 2022, appears to be duplicative of the parties' Settlement Stipulation and the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision each filed November 8, 2022. Accordingly, the Court will strike the parties Stipulation of Settled Issues filed November 7, 2022.
