On April 3, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Los Angeles, California, on May 18, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. On June 24, 2021, the parties reported to the Court that they have reached a basis for settlement. On February 16, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 34) requesting additional time to confirm petitioners' correct tax liabilities for the year in issue based on the settlement and to submit a decision document. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 11, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
