Gerard Guez & Jacqueline Rose Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro Judge

On April 3, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Los Angeles, California, on May 18, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. On October 12, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 28) informing the Court that respondent's counsel received the completed computations and shared them with petitioners' counsel. The calculations in the computations appear to contain mistakes that need to be addressed in order to accurately reflect the parties' settlement. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 17, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
