ORDER

Appellant appeals his conviction for intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault. The reporter's record was filed September 13, 2016.

Our review has determined that a relevant item may have been omitted from the reporter's record. The record does not contain a transcript of the plea hearing.

Roxanne Wiltshire, the court reporter for the 182nd District Court, is directed to file a supplemental reporter's record on or before June 28, 2017, containing a transcript of the plea hearing.

If the plea hearing was not transcribed, the court reporter is directed to file a certified statement stating the plea hearing was not transcribed.
