Pursuant to Robinson v. State, 373 So.2d 898 (Fla. 1979), and Counts v. State, 376 So.2d 59 (Fla. 2d DCA 1979), we dismiss this appeal because Mr. Guerro pleaded guilty to the charges. This dismissal is without prejudice to Mr. Guerro filing a timely and proper motion for postconviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
