We affirm issue I and reverse and remand the Appellant's conviction for possession of cannabis pursuant to the State's concession of error. The Defendant was entitled to a judgment of acquittal on that charge. See, e.g., Brown v. State, 8 So.3d 1187 (Fla. 4th DCA 2009).
